Sonicare Solutions Inc. guarantees for 30 days all products supplied to fit, form and function. Sonicare Solutions Inc. warrants the products will conform to themanufacturer's specifications. Value-added work performed by Sonicare SolutionsInc. on products will conform to customer's specifications.
Sonicare Solutions Inc. Makes NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. If products do not meet manufacturer's specifications, SonicareSolutions Inc. has the option to replace the products at no cost to the customer; or to refund the customer's purchase price. Customer must return products to Sonicare SolutionsInc. along with acceptable proof failure reports within 30 days from the date of delivery.
If you wish to create an RMA, please fill out and submit our online RMA form below. You have to submit one form per item with all the required information. Please allow sufficient time for us to set up the RMA with both your company and our supplier.
Any product returns shall be subject to compliance with the sellers' return merchandise authorization (RAM) policies and procedure, as well as applicable restocking charges. Any claims on a product must be made within 30 days of delivery. All returns must have a return authorization number (RMA) displayed on the outside of the package, returned in the original packaging, and conform with the minimum package quantity (MPQ) requirements.
IMPORTANT! No returns will be accepted due to electrical failure unless accompanied by a Test Report from an Independent Lab. Products not eligible for return shall be returned to Buyer Freight Collect. We will not accept any parts as a return before we issue an RMA Number to your company.
