The company DSI was founded 1985 in Florida and later moved to Geretsried in Germany with HI-REL products that are especially produced for the Military market. A range of components has been extended for the professional industries that cover Power diodes, Power-Transistors, Thyristors, as well as RF-Power transistors, which all are strictly produced to the standard norm system Jedec and Pro-Elektron and to customer specification.

Military

DSI-M offers its Military line with high quality replacements for the JAN or JANTX devices. All are manufactured and tested in accordance with MIL-S-19500 (AQAP 1) with Burn-In.
